Building a Lincoln MKT Premiere Limousine

Cutting 7:47
- The cut process takes around 16 hours to complete.
- Ford provides the exact specs to be followed for the cut processs
- For the cut to succeed, the car must remain locked in position.
Stretching 10:30
- Along with the frame and chassis, all fuel, breaks, exhaust, heating, and air conditioning lines need to be lengthened.
- The side panels are constructed of lightweight aluminum and are bolted on as opposed to welded, so if they happen to get damaged they can easily be removed for repairs or replacing.
Finishing 16:33
- LCW adds a secondary battery in the interior of the vehicle to give them a closer source of power for all the lighting and additional components that go inside the car.
- Heat and noise reducing insulation is installed.
- An extra-long paint booth is used to hand paint the extension paneling.
